Jack Delperdang is a highly accomplished consultant and operations manager with nearly five decades of dedicated experience in the ready-mix concrete, asphalt, and aggregates industries. Currently semi-retired, he leverages his extensive knowledge as a Ready-Mix Dispatch and Transportation Consultant for CD Consulting Services. He is also the author of Making It Happen, an advanced playbook for dispatch professionals that distills his expertise into a guide for success.
Jack’s distinguished career includes tenure at CRH/Oldcastle Materials, where he held the roles of Director of Customer Service & Dispatch Operations and National Delivery Performance Manager. His expertise was sought internationally as an in-house consultant for CRH’s European operations. Prior to this, he managed large-scale dispatch centers for companies like Cemstone Products and Moraine Materials, overseeing fleets of up to 600 trucks.
Aiding his comprehensive understanding of both the operational and human elements of the business, Jack holds a BA in Social Behaviors and Psychology from Briar Cliff College and multiple DOT certifications.
