Director of Education and Technical Services, CRMCA – Jessica Wilson, LEED Green Associate and TRUE Advisor, is a leader in resilient community development and high-performance design. As Director of Education and Technical Services for the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association, she champions resilient infrastructure, responsible resource management, and innovation that improves bottom lines—positioning reinvestment opportunities for concrete producers to thrive in a changing marketplace. Named NRMCA Promoter of the Year in 2025, she was instrumental in securing a $64 million Transportation Materials Grant and created the “Concrete and Conservation” series, highlighting concrete’s role in disaster resilience, ecological restoration, and water conservation. She also advances the recognition of concrete’s role in cultural heritage, preserving the legacy, and identity of communities through the built environment. A native of the coastal Carolinas, Jessica brings over a decade of industry leadership focused on building stronger cultures and ecosystems through a more resilient future.
