With 20 years’ experience in state government and five years in oil and gas, he currently serves as an IT Advisor with eight years of experience at Dolese Brothers Co., where he has played a critical role in aligning Aggregate business processes with technology to enhance organizational performance. In this capacity, Mark has assessed operations and collaborated with project leaders to implement enterprise systems supporting billing, production, customer relationship management, and manufacturing. With expertise in requirements analysis, scope management, and process improvement, he contributes to both operational efficiency and strategic growth. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of Tulsa.
