The entire Thompson Conference Center premises provide a free WiFi Internet to all vendors and guests.
Morning Events:
- 08:00 – 08:30: Welcome Coffee /// Dining Room at Thompson Conference Center
- 09:00 – 09:30: Opening Address /// Auditorium or Dining room at Thompson Conference Center
- 09:30 – 12:00: Vendor Sessions /// Dedicated Vendor Room
Each Vendor will animate their session
Each Vendor dedicated room is fully equipped with – Audio projection – Built-in desktop computer – Data Projector -ceiling mount- Document camera (portable) – Presentation remote
Each room contains beverage, coffee and snacks.
Afternoon Events:
- 12:00 – 14:00: Lunch /// Dining Room
Lunch will be offered in the Thompson Conference Dinning Room
- 14:00 – 15:30: Business Speed Dating /// Dedicated Vendor Room
Each vendor will conduct their speed dating session in their dedicated room fully equipped with – Audio projection – Built-in desktop computer – Data Projector -ceiling mount- Document camera (portable) – Presentation remote
Each room contains beverage, coffee and snacks.
- 15:30 – 17:00: One-on-One & Q&A – Vendor’s Demo /// Dedicated Vendor Room
Each Vendor will animate their One-on-One session. This is is a demo for prospects and interested and offer a unique opportunity to acquire valuable leads.
Their dedicated room is fully equipped with – Audio projection – Built-in desktop computer – Data Projector -ceiling mount- Document camera (portable) – Presentation remote
Evening Events:
- 17:00 – Evening: Happy Hour & Dinner /// Dining Room
Happy Hours and dinner will be offered in the Thompson Conference Dinning Room
The Dining Room is equipped with : Audio Projection – Client Equipment to House Sound
Data Projector – portable – HDMI Cable – Portable Projection Screen – Presentation Remote – Wireless Handheld Microphone – XLR Cable (1)
