Founding Vendor Acceptance for AggNexus 2025

You are invited to be a Founding Vendor for AggNexus 2025. By completing and submitting this form, you are agreeing to pay $10,995 US to reserve your space in the event.

Payments will be invoiced in two parts: 50% of all costs due by 31 May 2025 and final payment invoiced on 31 July 2025. 

Your payment includes the following:

• 10 VIP Invitations for clients or prospective clients. Invitees do not pay for the event.
• 4 staff registrations for the event.
• Access to a pool of 30 more invitations distributed on a first come-first first-served basis pending approval of show organizers.
• One year of editorial access to the AggNexus site. This access is exclusive to event vendors and allows the vendor to upload content to the site that is related to their products, services, or other appropriate marketing and PR materials.
• Pre-show editorial coverage in Rock Products magazine.
• Full page ad in the pre-show edition of Rock Products magazine (a value of $5,150).
• Post-show editorial coverage in Rock Products magazine with an option for additional advertising (20% off listed rates for full page and half-page advertising).
• Access to a room at the Thompson Center day one complete with A/V set-up for presentations.
• Panel discussions will be recorded and streamed live. Edited video files will be available post-show for your marketing use.
• AggNexus branded quarterly editorial opportunities in Rock Products, Cement Optimized, and Concrete Products magazines. Editorial preference will be given to vendor stories uploaded to the AggNexus site. 

What happens next?

Upon submission of agreement, we will begin building your account on the AggNexus site and reach out to collect important information for the show. This information will include collecting logos, photos, and information about your company and its services. We will also ask you to designate a person who will be registered in the site to upload content. 

Regular vendor meetings will be scheduled to finalize plans for speakers, panels, and to help you distribute invitations.
